Working principle of small single hanging corn sheller as below:

Threshing drum: This is the core component of a corn thresher. The threshing drum separates corn kernels from the corn ear through the frictional and impact forces generated during rotation. Adjust according to the type of corn, the hardness of the grains, and the humidity during harvesting to ensure clean threshing without damaging the corn kernels.

Feeding device: responsible for evenly feeding corn ears into the interior of the corn sheller, ensuring continuous feeding of corn ears.

Separation device: The threshed corn kernels and impurities are separated by a screening system, and larger impurities are separated from the corn kernels through the aperture, vibration, and wind force of the mesh screen, ensuring the cleanliness of the corn kernels.
