How does Double ridge laminating machine work :

1. Ridging: The ridging component at the front of the machine usually consists of a ploughshare or similar device. As the machine travels across the field, the ridging component ploughs and piles up the soil to either side, forming ridges.

2. Laminating: Once the ridges have been formed, the laminating component, located in the centre of the double ridge laminating machine, begins its work. The laminating unit consists of a film reel holder and a series of film guides. The film reel is mounted on the carriage and the film is gradually pulled out as the double ridge laminating machine progresses. The film guides guide the film to lay exactly on the ridges, ensuring that the film is flat and centred on the surface of the ridges.
